1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 16 oz bag baby carrots, sliced
1 lb potatoes, cubed
2 1/2 c beef broth
1 10 oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water

Directions:

Add the olive oil to the insta-pot and turn on the saute function. When the oil starts to sizzle and the meat, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook meat until browned on all sides.

Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onions, carrots, potatoes, and tomato sauce.

Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.

Mix cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl. Stir into the stew to thicken.
