1 egg white
1 T water
1# pecan halves or mixed nuts
1 C sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Beat egg white and water til frothy. Add nuts and mix. Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon in large ziplock bag and add coated nuts and shake. Put on greased baking sheet and bake 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
