6 eggs
1 cup butter
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp baking soda
9 cups outmeal (quick or regular)
1 bag M and M's
1 bag chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and peanut butter (creamy or chunky, your preference)
Mix together. Add cornstarch, baking soda and oatmeal. Add chocolate chips and M and M's

Bake for 13-14 minutes at 350 degree oven.

You can substitute raisins or dried cranberries or just leave them plain. I used my medium pampered chef scoop and baked them for 14 minutes. Emily says these cookies freeze well. You can freeze them in scoop size amounts or after the cookies are baked.
