3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks...not whole egg
2 T butter
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 bananas
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan stir sugar, flour, salt and milk. Whisk and cook on medium heat. Stir constantly to remove lumps and prevent burning. Once bubbles form, stir and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Temper egg yolks (add spoonful of hot mixture to egg yolks in small bowl stirring quickly so yolks don't cook) Add yolk mixture to remaining hot mixture. Return to heat and cook 2 more minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla. Stir. In a prepared crust (homemade and cooked or store bought graham cracker) add sliced bananas. Spread evenly to cover crust. Top with pudding mixture. Cool.
