Ingredients:  
· 2 lb Boneless beef sirloin steak
· 3 cups cubed potatoes
·16oz green beans
·1 onion
·1 jar salsa
·beef broth/consume
·basil, garlic
·salt and pepper to taste
·shredded jack or mex blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1.    Cube beef.
2.    Chop onion
3.    Place all ingredients in bag and seal. Freeze.
4.    Thaw. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
