2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 tbsp corn starch
1 cup chicken broth
1 large onion; sliced
3 bell peppers, cut into strips
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
6 slices of provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix corn starch into chicken broth.
2. Place all ingredients EXCEPT for cheese in bag, Freeze
3. Thaw. Cook on “low” setting for 6 hours,
or until chicken is cooked through and peppers are soft.
4. Add Cheese. Cook on “low” for additional 10 minutes
5. Serve on a fresh, hot roll.
