Ingredients:  
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb cooked ground pork
• 1 ½ C cooked rice.
• 1 onion, peeled and diced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 4 small green bell peppers, tops cut off and cleaned
• 24 oz jar pasta sauce
• ½ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix ground pork, rice, onion, garlic & 2 Tbsp of pasta sauce.
Spoon mixture into Peppers.
Add remaining sauce to a freezer bag and seal.
Place the peppers and bag of sauce into bag and seal. Place in freezer.
Thaw.
Place peppers in olive oil coated slow cooker and carefully pour water around peppers but not over tops. Cook on low 6 hours.
Using a turkey baster remove most of the water and top peppers with remaining pasta sauce. Cook an additional 2 hrs.
