Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 chopped breasts or thighs
1 ¼ cups dice Onion
1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
Sliced mushrooms
Fresh chopped baby spinach (not Frozen)
Black Pepper, Salt
1 can chicken broth
½ C Heavy Cream
shredded provolone
Rice or pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except rice, cream and cheese into a bag.
Freeze.
Thaw overnight.
Cook on low 4-5 hours.
Add Cream/cheese. Cook and stir until well blended.

Serve over rice or pasta
