1 Cup glutinous black rice washed several times
6 cups water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1-2 tbsp white sugar or more to taste
1 cup coconut cream
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put rice in large saucepan and add water. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Cover and lower heat; simmer for 30 minutes; Add brown sugar and coconut milk.

Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar then lower heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is soft.Taste and add white sugar if desired. Divide between 4 bowls;

Combine coconut cream and salt; Pour 2 tbsp into centre of each serving. Serve warm alongside the container of coconut cream.
