Pastry for tarts
1 cup raisins
3 eggs
1 cup corn syrup (use maple syrup for maple tarts if you want)
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter melted
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle raisins over bottom of each tart shell;
Combine eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt. Pour over raisins
Bake in 375F oven 20-25 minutes or until set.
