2 Chicken breasts
1½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
⅛ tsp. onion powder
Yellow onion
Green bell pepper
Yellow bell pepper
Red bell pepper
Fresh cilantro
Fresh tomatoes
Flour/corn tortillas
Sour cream

Guacamole:
Avocados
Grated yellow onion
Finely diced tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cut up two large chicken breasts. Mix together the ground cumin, oregano, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. In a skillet, caramelize the onion, and peppers. When caramelized, transfer to a large bowl. Add another pat of butter to skillet, and add chicken. Brown thoroughly. When just about done, add some chopped, fresh cilantro, and cook fo about 1½ mins, then add veggies back in. When just about done, add some cut-up tomatoes. Serve with sour cream and guacamole, limes

Guacamole:
Mix together mashed avocado, grated yellow onion, finely diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
