6 pork chops
8 medium size potatoes
1 medium size onion
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 c. water
3 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. crumbled crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice potatoes thin and chop onion small. Mix up soup with water and pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. of seasoned salt on each pork chop. Layer with 3 pork chops on bottom, half of potatoes and half of onions. Layer with remaining 3 pork chops, potatoes and onions. Pour soup over the casserole. Sprinkle crumbled crackers on top. Cook for 2 hours.
