1 ½ cup flour
¾ cup butter, cold and diced
½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in a medium bowl, Add the butter, cut it in with a pastry blender until small pea size. Using a fork stir in sour cream until formed into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours. On a floured surface roll out dough to about ⅛ inch thickness. Bake at 350º.
