1/2 c. medium ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. minced ham
1/4 c. shredded pineapple (fresh, if available)
1/2 c. chopped celery, fine
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except tomatoes. toss to blend. Divide filling into each tomatoe. Serve on lettuce leaf. Additionsal pecans may be sprinkled on top
