2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 T. sesame seeds
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Melt butter in a 9x13 baking pan while oven heats. Mix together egg and milk in a pie plate. Mix together flour, sesame seeds, baking powder and seasonings in another pie plate. Dip chicken in egg mixture; then dip in flour mixture. Place chicken in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.

Mom used to make this a lot. The original recipe called for bone-in chicken breasts, so the baking time was much longer. I usually slice boneless chicken breasts in half, lengthwise, so they cook quicker and all the way through.
