Personal Notes:
I have so many memories from this recipe! Growing up, it was my absolute favorite meal. We always made them in a fondue pot. I was constantly losing my meatballs in the hot oil, and Dad always had to dig them out. I loved the smell of Sterno. These days a fondue pot is not very practical, and I don't have one. So I usually cook mine in a skillet, but I have also broiled them in the oven. You can use any dipping sauce, but the best part of these meatballs for me was the sauce Mom made - Spin Blend mixed with mustard! To this day, meatballs with mustard sauce makes me happy!
