1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 cups cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
½ cup water or pineapple juice
1 Tbsp dry mustard
Optional Extras: pineapple chunks, bell pepper chunks, onion chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven. Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish. IN a medium bowl mix ham and pork; stir in cracker crumbs, milk and eggs. Shape into 14 small oval loaves and place in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Stir until brown sugar has dissolved. Pour over loaves. Bake for 1 hour, flip and bake until juices run clear about 30 minutes more.
Add extras if desired.
