Stuffing
1 large loaf of bread
1 cup butter
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup Italian parsley
1 medium onion
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup of milk
2 chicken cubes bouillon

Sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, parsley and celery in butter. Put two cubes of bouillon in with parsley and celery. It will melt into the sauce. Let cool. Pour over bread that has been broken up into small cubes. Add one egg and 1/4 cup of milk. Mix well - use your hands. Make sure everything is nice and moist. Shape into ball of whatever size you want. Grease 9x13 pan and place balls into pan.

Mix all sauce ingredients and pour over the stuffing balls.

Cover with aluminum foil and then make at 350º for one hour.
