6 Large Calamari
5 green onions
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic, minced
1 can shrimp
1 can crab meat
1 Tbsp parsley
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp EVOO
2 Tbsp white wine ( optional)


Sauce: favorite tomato sauce and bay leaf

1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. Prepare
Clean calamari - take out bone
Cut up tentacles into small pieces

3. Sautee garlic & onion in EVOO for about 5 min
Add tentacles
Once color changed, add wine and rest of ingredients

4. Assemble
Stuff calamari about 3/4 of way
Secure with tooth pick
Saute lightly
Place on baking dish
Add favorite tomato sauce and 1 bay leaf

5. Bake uncovered for about 30-45 minutes
