1. Onion,chopped
2. Fry Onion in a little bit of oil
3. 10 oz minced pork or beef or half and half (be cooked same way or cooked ahead)
4. Pinch of Nutmeg and Cinnamon

1 Grate potato in same pot
Make pastry :
8 oz Flour
4-oz shortening-glass of water 1 egg for brushing on top
(You can also use ready made crust to save times)

Makes 1 double pie crust

Add all ingredients to pie crust.
Bake for 1 hour, 350º oven

Sauce for top after cooked:

Equal parts Heinz chili sauce
Tomato sauce
Beef gravy
