1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Chicken pieces
1 can tomato sauce ( smallest)
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
½ box orzo

Parmesan cheese for top
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a sauce pan, cook orzo for about 5 min and drain

2. In another saute pan, saute onion, garlic
Add chicken and brown
Add tomato sauce, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, salt and paper
Cook chicken x 20 min

3. In a large sprayed baking dish, mix chicken with orzo

4. Place in oven and cook until orzo fully cooked ~ 20-30 min

5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
