1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 cup nuts
1 egg (well beaten)
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar; add egg, pineapple and vanilla; beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and
add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake. (No temperature or time listed.)
