Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-5 lbs. Crab Legs - thaw for 30 minutes if frozen
1 c. Chicken Broth
1 tbsp. Zatarain's Shrimp & Crab Boil Concentrate

Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp. Butter
¼ tsp. Garlic Better than Bouillon (or 1 tsp. Minced Garlic)

Green Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the broth into the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Add in the Zatarain's. Stir to combine.
Add in the trivet and rest the crab legs on top of the trivet.
Secure the lid - Cook on manual high pressure for 2 minutes if thawed. Cook for 4 minutes if still frozen. Quick release when done. Allow the legs to sit in the pot for 5 minutes after the lid comes off.

**Do NOT cook longer than the 4 minutes - regardless of how many pounds you have in the instant pot. You will overcook them. Whether you have 3 pounds or 5 pounds - cook at the same number of minutes, depending on whether they are frozen or thawed out. **

While the pot is releasing the steam, add the butter to a microwave safe dish. Melt the butter. Stir in the garlic, parsley, parmesan and Old Bay Seasoning.
