20 ounce can Pineapple Chunks
⅓ Cup Water
3 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Cup Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 large Green Pepper, diced
1 batch 30 meatballs
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar with cornstarch well to prevent clumping. Drain pineapple. Save juice. Add water to the juice to measure 1 cup. In large skillet add juice, water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Cook until thick. Add pineapple, meatballs, and green peppers. Simmer uncovered about 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
