9 Lasagna Noodles
1 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Salt and Pepper to taste
⅓ Cups Italian Bread Crumbs
Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Small Can Mushrooms or 4 ozs. fresh
1 Quart Tomatoes
12 oz. Tomato Paste
8 oz (or more) Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and drain. While they are cooking, brown ground venison/beef in the minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat. Add garlic salt, pepper, and salt. Mix well. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms (if using fresh mushrooms, add when browning meat), tomatoes, and tomato paste. Cook about 20 minutes. Layer into 9x13 baking pan: Noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese 3 times. You could add Ricotta cheese with the Mozzarella if desired. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted (about 30 minutes).
