1 c. flour, ½ c. butter, ¼ c. powdered sugar====== 2 eggs,1 c. sugar, ½ tsp. baking powder, zest from 1 lemon, 2½t tbl. lemon juice======powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar & four, cut in butter. Pat into 8x8 baking dish and bake in preheated 350º oven for 20 min. While that is in the oven, mix zest into sugar, then add remaining ingred {except the powdered sugar} mixing well with wooden spoon. Pour over crust in oven and bake an additional 25-30 min. Dust with powdered sugar. Cool completly , cut into squares. Enjoy!
