4 C cooked and mashed squash
1/2 C brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 t vanilla
1/2 C melted butter

Topping
1 C brown sugar
1 C chopped nuts
1/2 C flour
1/3 C softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Prep the squash. Cut the squash straight down the middle. Scoop the seeds out.
Place butternut squash on baking sheet, cut sides up, and bake till tender at 350 degrees for 1 hour or till tender.
When done and cool enough to handle , scoop out the flesh and place in mixing bowl. Mash the butternut squash with
Hand masher or mixer till smooth.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix squash, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
Pour into well greased baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients and crumble on top of squash mixture.

Bake 45 minutes.
