1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Oil
2 Eggs (beaten)
1/4 tsp. Butter Flavoring
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cream of Tarter
1 tsp. Soda
5 1/4 Cups Flour
1/4 tsp. Black Walnut Flavoring
1/2 Cup Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars with margarine until light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs, butter flavoring and vanilla.Stir in oil. Add the sifted dry ingredients and blend. Divide the dough, leaving 1/2 plain and adding nuts and Black walnut flavoring to the other half.
Refrigerate until chilled through.
Form into balls, dip into sugar, place onto a cookie sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a glass which has been dipped in water & then sugar.
Bake at 350º until lightly browned.
