Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is submitted on behalf of my husband, David. It comes from his mom, Chris Day. It is a favorite of their family. The first time I had it, we were visiting David's parents in Florida. Fruit flavored ice creams are not my favorite, so I was skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised, and I now look forward to when they make it. Still not sure where the name comes from, though!
