1 medium onion, diced
3 fresh ears of corn
3 potatoes peeled and diced
2 cups half and half
1 cup shredded carrot
2 cups sharp cheese grated
2 cans cream style corn
lb. bacon lardons
6 cups milk
1 stick butter 2 small cans green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon reserve grease and saute onions and carrots until tender. IN a stock pot or crock pot add milk and half and half cook on medium heat. Cut corn off the cob and add to the pot. Add all other ingredients except bacon to serve on top with grated cheese. Cook for 1 hour in pot on medium and then reduce to low to prevent milk separation.
