Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

1 c. flour
⅓ c. brown sugar
5 Tbsp. soft butter
c. pecans

1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temp.
c. sugar
c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans, reserve c. for topping.
Press remaining mix into pie plate. Bake at 350 for 15 min.

Combine other ingredients until smooth. Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle with reserve nut mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
