1 lb Butter
1 lb Cream Cheese
1 lb Walnuts/Pecans
1 c Granulated Sugar
1 - 2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2-3/4 c Milk

4 cups Flour
1 lb. Butter
1 lb. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
FILLING:
1 lb. Walnuts
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1-2 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2-3/4 c. Milk (adjust accordingly)

Filling should be thick but not stiff.

Fill cups.
Bake @ 375º until slightly brown.

Roll dough out (on well floured board) to be quite thin but not so thin as to tear or break easily.
Use an appropriate size glass to make a hole in the dough. Lift the piece of dough and gently fold
into the cupcake hole in baking pan trying not to break the dough. Fill each cup with approximately
1 tsp of the filling.
