6 slices day-old bread
½ cup raisins or ½ to 1 cup fruit in small pieces
2 Tbsp melted butter
4 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break bread into small pieces in an 8 inch baking pan. Drizzle butter over top. Sprincle with raisins or fruit.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over bread and push down so that egg mixture soaks into bread.
3. Bake 45 min at 350ºF.
