Meat Mixture-
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 egg
6 saltine crackers, crumbled
cup milk

Sauce-
2 tbsp.
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Salt
cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat mixture. Make into balls 2 inches in diameter. Brown in Teflon pan. Put in casserole dish. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put sauce ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a simmer, continue 15 minutes. Pour over meatballs and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
