2⅓ c. all-purpose flour, divided
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter, melted
2 c. (12 oz. pkg) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1½ c. chopped walnuts
1 c. (12 oz. jar) caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
For crumb mixture, combine 2 c. of the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add butter and still until all ingredients are moistened. Reserve 1 c. crumb mixture, press remaining mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13" baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350º oven 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Combine caramel topping with remaining ⅓ c. flour separately in a small bowl, then drizzle over chocolate chips and nuts. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake in 350º oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into bars.
