Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 c. chicken, diced and cooked
¼ c. salad oil
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 c. diced celery
4 oz water chestnuts
30 oz bean sprouts
2 tsp sugar
2 c. chicken broth

Blend together:
2 ½ T cornstarch
¼ c. cold water
¼ c. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, dice and set aside
Heat in deep skillet, oil, salt and pepper
Then add chestnuts, celery, bean sprouts, and sugar
Stir while cooking for 10 minutes
Add chicken broth to the skillet
Blend together cornstarch, water, and soy sauce
Gradually add this mixture to chow mein to thicken
Add diced chicken
Serve over rice or chow mein noodles
