Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
8 slices of bread
Trim crust and lay at bottom of pan

1 ½ to 2lbs pre-cooked ham, diced (you can use sausage, bacon, etc)
Layer over bread then add:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together:
8 eggs
2 cups milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 diced onion (optional)
1 diced green pepper (optional)
mushrooms (optional)

Pour egg mixture over cheese, ham, & bread. Crush 2 cups of corn flakes and put on top. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
