Meatballs:
1 ½ lbs hamburger
2/3 c. saltines, crushed
1/3 c. onion
1 egg
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ginger
¼ c. milk

Sauce:
2 T cornstarch
½ c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
½ c. chicken broth
1 T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the meatball ingredients and form into balls
Fry the meatballs or broil the meatballs on high in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Mix together the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs in the cake pan.
Cover and bake at 350° for ½ hr, bake until everything is hot

Kayla has fed many a farmers and houseguests these meatballs, and she prefers to broil the meatballs
She finds its easier, quicker, and faster to broil

Also, one can easily heat these meatballs in the crock-pot instead of using the oven.
