1 lb. boneless skinless chicken
4 tsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce or liquid aminos
tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1 bag of frozen stir fry vegetables

Rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients night before cooking in crockpot to allow to marinate.

Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is cooked throughly. I usually cube the chicken before putting it in the crock pot

Add 1 bag of frozen stir fry vegetables on high for 1 hour

Serve with rice or noodles, whichever your prefer.
