1 Sirloin tip
Salt and pepper to taste
Several packages of any variety brown gravy mix
White bread

Directions:
Directions:
Bake roast beef in covered dish til very tender at 350º. Slice thin. Prepare brown gravy packets according to the directions and pour over roast beef. Serve over white bread. I now place my sirloin tip in a crock pot in ¼ cup of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook til fork tender (depends on size of tip). Using 2 forks, shred sirloin tip in crock pot. Add brown gravy powder to roast beef and only add extra water if needed. I serve over mashed potatoes instead of white bread.

My earliest recollection of eating this was while we lived on a small farm on Abbey Rd. We moved from farm when I was in early elementary school (~3rd grade).
