1 cup butter, melted
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa
1½ cups flour
1½ cups chopped pecans
4 ounces coconut

Directions:

Cake:
1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.
3. Add vanilla, flour and cocoa to creamed mixture. Blend well.
4. Fold in nuts and coconut.
5. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
 

Topping

7 ounces marshmallow cream

While cake is hot out of oven, spread marshmallow over top.
Let cool.
 

Icing

1 pound powdered sugar
1 cup butter, melted
½ cup evaporated milk
⅓ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix on medium speed. Put icing on cooled cake/

Auntie Ann says it is Uncle Doug's recipe and Uncle Doug says it is Auntie Ann. It doesn't matter, it is verrrrry goooood.
