Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 (14 oz.) cans of Artichoke Hearts packed in water (non-marinated), drained
16 oz. Cream Cheese
2 cups Mayonnaise
2 cups grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a dish (Pyrex or Corning Ware with a glass top), mix cream cheese and the mayo with a fork (take out the cream cheese ahead of time to soften).

3. Drain the artichokes really well, tear them up as much as possible and mix them in. Add the parmesan cheese, leaving some on the side to put on the top.

4. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top, place glass top on then bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, 15 minutes before it’s due to come out, take off the glass cover so the cheese on the top can darken.

5. Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
