1 lb. butter softened
2 lbs. peanut butter
3 lbs. confectioners sugar
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 Tb. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but chips well. Shape into balls, freeze balls 30 minutes to 1 hour. Melt chips with 1 Tb. shortening. Roll balls in dish of chocolate, using a toothpick. Remove and put on foil or wax paper covered cookie sheet and freeze. After freezing awhile, remove from sheet and put in large plastic zip bags for storage in freezer.
