Butter Lettuce Leaves
1lb Ground Beef
1T Oil
1 Large Onion
1/4 c Hoisin Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic
1 T Soy Sauce
1 T Rice Wine Vinegar
2 t Minced Ginger
Asian Chile Pepper Sauce
1 (8oz) can Water Chestnuts
1 bunch Green Onions
2 t Sesame Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook meat, til brown, then place in separate bowl.
2. Cook onion in oil until tender, then add hoisin, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and chile sauce, simmer 2-3 mins.
3. Add water chestnuts, green onions, and sesame oil, cook just until onions begin to wilt.
4. Serve on lettuce.

I usually just do the hoisin and chile pepper sauce to taste. Can be good to add red pepper flakes for a little more kick.
