1 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar - divided (½ cup and 1½ cups)
½ teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
2 cups flour
2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix butter, ½ cup of powdered sugar, and vanilla for one minute.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and nuts. Add butter to flour mixture.
Roll batter not 1 inch balls and bake for 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven.

Roll cookies in powdered sugar while hot and again when they cool.
