1 lrg pkg stew meat, cut up
1/2 c flour
salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:
3/4 c ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c water
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat in seasoned flour, arrange in large casserole dish. Mix sauce together, pour over meat. Cover and bake at 300º for 3 hours.
