2 c cubed cooked chicken
1 can pineapple chunks and most juice
1 c chopped celery
1 can sliced, drained mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 T soy sauce
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 bag of chow mein noodles (save the other half for the topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients and spread into a casserole dish. Bake in oven at 350 for 50 minutes. Then sprinkle rest of chow mein noodles on top.
