Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped green pepper
1 onion
1 package mushrooms
1/2 c oil
1/4 c soy sauce
1 package onion soup mix
2 c long grain rice
3 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients together in a covered roaster and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
