12 oz white candy coating (coarsely chopped)
6 tsp shortening (divided - 4 tsp + 2 tsp)
1/4 tsp green food coloring
4-6 Oreos, crushed
2 packages (4.67 oz each) chocolate mint Andes candies

48 miniature muffin cups

Directions:
In microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating and 4 tsp shortening. Stir until smooth and add food coloring. Pour evenly in miniature muffin cups (1/2 full).

Sprinkle with crushed cookie layer.

In microwave-safe bowl, melt mint candies and remaining 2 tsp shortening. Stir until smooth. Pour over cookie crumbs. Let stand until set.
