4 c flour
3 t baking powder
2 t salt
1 c white sugar
2/3 c oil
2 eggs
1 c milk could be more depending on amount of cheese you use.
+ or - 1 c cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients then add your cheese. Use a small ice cream scoop or a large spoon and drop on parchment paper. Bake 425 for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep a close eye after 10 minutes to avoid burning on the bottom. I put them on the top rack when I bake mine.

You could use raisins, blueberries, etc. instead of cheese.
